Strength Training...

Quick update:


1) The workout is one hour from 6:30 to 7:30 instead of 7:00 to 8:00.

2) It's possible that the team will be broken up into two groups for strength training so that they are all able to get equal attention. The other days that are available are Wednesday and Friday same time. If you prefer one day over the other please let me know by this weekend.
